Quality Inn Cairo I-57

My family and I had a great stay at this place. The staff were kind and friendly. The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfy. Free breakfast was served and they have wifi. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling near that area. Will definitely be back when we go visit family again.

A real gem in the rough. A little older and it shows, but the room was clean, bed comfortable and the linens were clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was what you expect for free. Will definitely stay again, on our route to visit family.

Hotel in a middle of nowhere. Room was clean, area of the lobby, halls and surrounding was clean as well. A little outdated but overall good. I appreciate someone running this business in a middle of nowhere. Breakfast was disappointing as there were no eggs, sausage, gravy. No even black tea. We were told they have tea bags in the room. There were waffles, oatmeal, bread. I assumed it's off season and Breakfast was downsized. Night worker gentleman was very pleasant. Overall I would stay again.

Awesome service even at midnight when I decided to take a break on my long drive! Attentive and kind staff. Room appeared clean and well put together, small bathrooms but overall a bang for your buck if it’s a short stay! They accommodated my dog both times I’ve stayed here, made it so easy, extra fee was small I was happy!

We stayed in room 110 and it was perfect for the night. We were back loading heading south and found this motel. It's a little older and has wear but it's still a pretty good place to stay. I am sensitive to smells and not a bad odor but the cleaning solutions were a little strong but it was clean, no bugs, comfortable beds and cartoons all night. The only minus and not that big of a deal is there really isn't anything close by and the vending machines I found were pretty empty. Very nice staff also. I would stay again.

Definitely not the best location but it keeps you out of bad towns as it's in the middle of nowhere. Bed was soft and at first I was worried but that was some of the best sleep I've got in a very long time They only have double bed. Carpet could use updated but other than that this is a very nice place that's the only reason I gave it a four star and that the breakfast.

I do enjoy staying at this hotel, as everyone knows all hotels have good and bad the only issue we had was the tub. Upon trying to give my daughter a bath found out only the shower part worked and paint was coming off the tub. Contacted the man at front desk and was immediately placed in another room. That was the ONLY issue we had. The staff was amazing and customer service was the best we had ever received from any hotel. Room was very clean and the beds were very soft, we will be staying at this hotel every time we visit family.

After reading the other reviews, we wondered whether staying here would be a mistake. However, we had a pleasant stay. The room was clean, beds were very comfy, and the bedding was clean and looked new. The room itself was nicely decorated, flat screen tv, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker. My only negative was the size of the bathroom - small. The outside of the motel needs a bit of TLC and cosmetic improvements. I would stay here again. Regarding the physical location, there are very limited food options. This area of IL has seen better times, but I didn't feel like I had to worry about safety. I believe the motel has been a Days Inn in the past, but it was a Quality Inn when we were there.
